Multi-Diag’s Express Diag feature: 10 years of user experience

The Express Diag button appeared ten years ago on the Multi-Diag menu. It makes it possible to do a complete electronic inspection of all the ECUs on a vehicle. Within seconds, Express Diag detects possible faults and suggests an immediate repair method. This feature makes it significantly easier for users and automotive maintenance and repair professionals to start using the multi-make diagnostic tool.

Multi-Diag now has nearly 50,000 users worldwide in 15,000 workshops. This benchmark tool is used by all aftermarket players: manufacturer networks, quick repair centres, independent garages, etc. This unanimous choice is due to Multi-Diag’s vehicle and functional coverage, but also its ease of use and its capacity to reinvent itself by proposing innovations in line with changes in the industry.

Multi-Diag is the result of the constant work of diagnostics experts and feedback from the field provided by ACTIA’s support-service teams working with industry professionals. Express Diag is one of those innovations that have enriched the tool with many features since the launch of Multi-Diag in 2003. The latest innovation is Multi-Diag 360, which offers new associated and connected services: real-life breakdown applications, guided method, technical documentation and parts info.

We look forward to seeing you at Equip'Auto - Paris Porte de Versailles from 17 to 21 October 2017, where you can discover the new Multi-Diag 360 services at the ACTIA stand.
